Innovating Fuite's Bakery is progressive and continuously works on improvement and innovation. Our approach is based on customer feedback and personal insights. Gett Smit, product developer: “Our branch is extremely dynamic. People want more and more variation and we respond to this with new bread and confectionery flavours. Suppliers too submit ideas on a regular basis. Our bakery is equipped with all the facilities for trials and variations and to thus continue new developments. We already developed various great products and concepts which are characteristic to the Fuite brand. Packaging too forms an important element therein, as they ultimately decide the appearance of the product.” 21 Proefbakkerij Nieuwe producten vragen vaak om een heel andere productiemethode. In de productiehal heeft bakkerij Fuite een speciale proefbakkerij opgesteld waar productiemethoden volop getest en geoptimaliseerd kunnen worden.
